Electricity – Electricity Supply. Electricity Will Be Distributed (Voltage Level-Medium Voltage) In The Total Amount Of 5,500 Mwh. Total Estimated Value Of The Procedure: 4,519,000 Lei Without Vat The Estimated Value Includes Excise Duty, Cogeneration Contributions, The Counter Value Of Green Certificates As Well As All Tariff Components Imposed By The Specific Legislation In Force. The Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 18 Days. The Contracting Entity Will Respond To Requests For Clarifications On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline Set For The Submission Of Offers. The Electricity Supply Period Is 12 Months And It Will Be Included In The Total Contract Duration Of 13 Months. The Difference Of One Month Between The Supply Period And The Duration Of The Contract Is Allocated To The Creation And Return Of The Guarantee Of Good Performance And The Payment Of The Last Invoice From The Contract.
