The Incuba Talent Digital Project Is An Incubator That Aims To Train Technological And Business Entrepreneurial Initiatives From Areas Affected By The Environmental Impact Of Nuclear Electric Energy Production To Facilitate Economic Diversification, Inclusion And Digital Transformation Of The Territory, In Fulfillment Of The Order That The Secretariat Of Digital Policies (Attached To The Department Of Business And Labor Of The Generalitat Of Catalonia) Has Done At The I2cat Foundation. This Order Responds To The Mandate Of Article 8.4.C) Of Law 5/2020, Of April 29, On Fiscal, Financial And Administrative Measures And Of The Public Sector And Of The Creation Of The Tax On Facilities That Affect The Environment, Which Establishes That 50% Of The Revenues Related To Energy Production, Storage And Transformation Activities Electricity Of Nuclear Origin Must Be Destined To Nurture A Fund To Finance, Among Others, Socioeconomic Development Actions Addressed To The Areas Affected By The Environmental Impact Of The Production Of Nuclear Electric Energy And That Among The Priority Action Lines And Object Of Financing By The Fund There Are, Among Others, New Technologies.
