Internet Or Intranet Client Application Development Services – Framework Agreement For The Development And Creation As Well As The Subsequent Hosting Including Maintenance Of An Internet Portal. The Award Is Made In The Name And For The Account Of Wismut Stiftung Ggmbh. Wismut Gmbh Acts As The Central Procurement Office In Accordance With Section 120 Paragraph 4 Gwb. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Conception, Technical Implementation And Design And Functional Realization Of A Modular And Interactively Usable Digital Portal “Wismut-Erbe” For The Wismut Stiftung Ggmbh. The Portal Is Intended To Serve As A Central Platform For Communicating, Archiving And Making Visible Wismuts Material And Immaterial Heritage. The Goal Is A Sustainable, Barrier-Free And Expandable Digital Offering That Addresses Different Target Groups Equally. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Secure, Stable And Efficient Operation Of The Internet Portal And Its Components (Including The Dam System). The Contractor Guarantees Continuous Support Of The System Throughout The Entire Contract Period. The Term Of The Framework Agreement For Operation/Hosting And Maintenance Of The System Begins With Golive And Can Be Terminated By The Client With A Notice Period Of 6 Months To The End Of The Calendar Month. The Framework Agreement Ends Four Years After The Golive Date Without The Need For Termination.
