The Tender Includes All Works In Connection With The Expansion Of Thyborøn Harbors South Harbor With A New Roro Facility, Including The Establishment Of Hinterland With Pumped-In Friction Material From Thyborøn Canal, Establishment Of A Complete Quay Facility And Roro Facility. The Tender Is Carried Out According To The Tender With Negotiation Procedure In Accordance With Article 47 Of The Utilities Directive. The Project Is Tendered As A Main Contract, And Ab18 Applies To The Contractual Relationship. The Client Reserves The Right To Award The Contract On The Basis Of The First Initial Offer Without Conducting Negotiations. In The Same Way, The Builder Reserves The Right To Hold An Additional Negotiation Round Than The One Expected Round.
