The Tender Is Carried Out According To The Tender With Negotiation Procedure In Accordance With Article 47 Of The Utilities Directive. The Project Is Tendered As A Main Contract, And Ab18 Applies To The Contractual Relationship. The Client Reserves The Right To Award The Contract On The Basis Of The First Initial Offer Without Conducting Negotiations.
