The Services Carried Out Under This Framework Agreement Relate To: - The Project Management Missions To Be Carried Out May Include All Or Part Of The Mission Elements Defined In Decree No. 93-1268 Of November 29, 1993 Relating To Project Management Missions Entrusted By Public Project Owners To Private Law Service Providers And In The Implementing Decree Of December 21, 1993 Specifying The Technical Modalities Of Execution Of The Mission Elements, In Application Of The Mop Law, Or Even In The Event Per Case, One Or More Specific Additional Services (Studies Or Related Interventions Necessary For The Project Management Mission. - These Missions May Also Relate To Hydraulic Studies. These Studies Consist Of The Modeling Of A Rainwater Collection Network Of A Watershed Or Sub-Watershed. The Aim Of The Study Is To Define The Malfunctions Of The Network During Heavy Precipitation On The Basis Of Ten-Year Rainfall Data From Dea 93 References And Rainfall Data For An Occurrence 10, 20, 30, 50 Years And 100 Years - These Missions May Also Concern Assistance In The Drafting Of Service Consultation Files And Intellectual Services, In Particular Technical Control, Sps Coordination, Additional Missions Necessary For The Exercise Of Project Management.
