The Subject Of The Order Is: Maintenance Service And Subscription For The Aris Software Package For A Period Of 36 Months - Consisting Of: A) Providing Technical Support Services (So-Called Maintenance), Carried Out Within 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract And B) Providing Substantive Support Services, So-Called Maintenance And Operation As Well As Consultations On The Functionality And Usability Of The Software. 2. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Complete The Order For A Maintenance Service And A Subscription For The Aris Software Package: 1) Provision Of Technical Support Services (So-Called Maintenance) Within A Period Of 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, 2) Provision Of Substantive Support Services, The So-Called Maintenance And Operational Support And Consultations Regarding The Functionality And Usability Of The Software In The Amount Of 210 Man-Hours During The Contract Period. 3. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To The Specification. 4. The Method Of Execution Of The Order Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Specification. 5. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Pursuant To Art. 305 In Connection With Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.
