Dec 2025 CVC Charity is Seeking a Professional Marketing Agency CVC Charity is looking for a committed and experienced Marketing Agency to manage and grow the online presence of all our entities: CVC Lebanon CVC Syria Baladi Bites Platforms to be managed for each entity: CVC Lebanon: focusing mainly on instagram, and the following platforms: Facebook, YouTube channel, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp channel, Linktree, and our Website. CVC Syria: focusing mainly on Facebook, and the following platforms: instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp channel, link tree, sub-website. Baladi Bites: Instagram, TikTok, online shop on the main cvc website. Scope of Work The selected agency will be responsible for: Preparing a well-structured identity for CVC and make sure that everyone is following the guidelines. Managing and supervising all social media accounts listed above. Developing and executing complete digital campaign strategies for: Christmas Ramadan Winter Campaign Eid Al-Adha International Days and Monthly Awareness Campaigns Creating all campaign concepts, key visuals, designs, and overall marketing direction. Building and delivering a monthly committed and detailed media plan with scheduling and strategy. Quarterly newsletters Urgent campaigns (Emergency responses) Brochures Designing all needed posts for social media, and around 30 requested roll-up and banner designs for the implementation team. Handling all social media posting, content scheduling, and page management. Coordinating with CVCs internal Media Assistant for all photography/videography requests so our main videographers will take care of it. Media Production All filming and editing will be handled by CVCs Media Unit. The agency will coordinate closely with our team for any production needs. Requirements Proven experience managing multi-country or multi-brand accounts. Strong portfolio in NGO, charity, or humanitarian marketing (preferred). Ability to create full-scale campaign strategies with complete visibility packages. Team capable of handling creative design, community management, and planning. Ability to work with tight deadlines and monthly deliverables.
