The session will provide a detailed description of the implementation to meet three main objectives: achieve economies of scale, ensure standardization, and promote collective branding. 3. Step 3: Implementers/partners are to submit a proposal and budget plan within three weeks after the project briefing. 4. Step 4: The KE committee to review the submitted proposal and quotation. 5. Step 5: Implementers/partners awarding be formally informed after the evaluation by the committee team. Submission Requirements Required Documents Khmer Enterprise would like to invite potential implementers/partners to submit sealed proposals and other required documents for the Aqua-Processing Enterprise Cluster program.
