Only Qualified Respondents Will Be Sent And May Respond To A Subsequent Solicitation, If Any.The Purpose Of This Surfq Is To Pre-Qualify Professional Consulting Team Comprised Of A Prime Consultant And A Consultant Team That Consists Of Architect, Energy Modeling Specialist/Engineer, Mechanical, Electrical, And Structural Engineers, To Provide Full Design For The Upgrade Of The Bclc’S Kamloops Headquarters Building Envelope And Replacement/Renewal Of Hvac System At Bclc Head Office In Kamloops, Bc.Based On The Review Of The Surfq Responses, The Province Intends To Issue A Request For Proposals, And Only The Three Highest Scoring Qualified Respondents From This Surfq Will Be Invited To Participate In The Solicitation Utilizing Raic Document 6 – 2022 And Accompanying Supplementary Conditions And Project Specific Amendments.The Estimated Project Budget Is Approx. $30 Million.Only Three Highest Ranking Qualified Consultant’S From This Surfq Will Be Invited And Will Be Eligible To Respond To A Subsequent Solicitation For This Project, If Any.
