A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Calculation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, As Well As In The Project Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4. The Delivery Will Be Made Successively, Based On Partial Orders Placed By An Authorized Employee Of The Ordering Party, Specifying The Given Product, Ordered Quantities And Delivery Date, Submitted By Telephone Or Electronically. Clearly Printed Information In Polish About The Name Of The Food, List Of Ingredients, Information About The Nutritional Value, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, Expiration Date And Weight. 6. The Contractor Will Ensure The Transport Of The Ordered Goods To The Ordering Party At His Own Expense And Risk. The Delivery Of The Products Also Includes Their Unloading And Bringing Them To The Places Indicated By The Ordering Partys Authorized Employees. 7. The Contractor Will Properly Secure The Goods During Transport Adapted To Transport A Given Product Should Be Made Of Materials Intended For Contact With Food And Meet Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements. The Contractor Is Fully Responsible For The Delivery And Quality Of The Delivered Goods. 8.
