The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of Home Sewage Treatment Plants In The Frysztak Commune Along With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure In Accordance With: 1) Projects Constituting Annexes To Swz No.: A) 9 - Land Development Designs For Glinik Górny - 4 Sets B) 9A - Technical Designs For Glinik Górny C) 9.1 - Land Development Designs For Gogołów - 5 Sets D) 9.1.A - Technical Designs Of Gogołowska E) 9.2 - Land Development Designs Of Huta Gogołowska - 34 Sets F) 9.2.A - Technical Designs Of Huta Gogołowska 2) Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 11 To The Swz, 3) Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz, 4) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annex No. 10 To Swz,5) The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Detailed In The Annexes To The Swz - Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works. 6) Additional Requirements In Relation To The Subject Of The Order: A) The Contractor Will Bear The Costs Of Using The Area During The Works, Maintaining The Construction Site And The Adjacent Area And Restoring The Area To Its Original Condition, As Well As The Costs Of Adapting To The Other Requirements Specified In The Swz. B) The Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Is Obliged To Present A Waste Transfer Card For Disposal, Including Rubble And Soil From Excavations, Or To Present Another Document For Their Reuse Or Recycling. C) The Costs Of The Activities Listed Above Are Considered Estimated By The Contractor, Included In The Offer Price And Not Subject To Separate Payment.
