The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Winter Maintenance Of Municipal Roads From January 2026. Until March 2026 (3 Months) For The Task Entitled Winter Road Maintenance In The Sulików Commune In The Period From January To March 2026.1. In Particular, The Contractors Obligations Include: 1) Clearing Snow From The Surface Of Municipal And Internal Roads Over The Entire Width Of The Road; 2) Combating Black Ice And Slipperiness Using Non-Chemical Agents And Their Mixtures, Especially At Intersections, Bends, Hills And Bus Stops; 3) The Contractors Own Supply Of Roughening Materials, In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents Which May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960) Or Other Relevant Regulations; The Contractor Undertakes To Apply The Above-Mentioned Regulations, Taking Into Account Possible Changes In The Legal Status In This Respect;4) The Contractor Is Obliged To Constantly Monitor The Condition Of Roads Subject To Winter Maintenance And To Secure An Appropriate Amount Of Materials Necessary To Combat Winter Slipperiness;5) Commence Work No Later Than 1 Hour After The End Of Rainfall, And In The Case Of Continuous Rainfall, No Later Than 3 Hours After Its Commencement.6) Only Road Machines Registered And Approved For Use On Roads May Be Used To Carry Out Works Concerning Winter Maintenance Of Municipal And Internal Roads.
