The Subject Of The Order Is: 1) Development Of Comprehensive Multi-Discipline Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Part Of Wing B Of The Main Hospital Complex In Order To Create A Complex Of Rooms For Outpatient Specialist Care, Hereinafter Referred To As The Investment Task Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Decision (If Applicable, In The Absence Of The Need To Obtain A Building Permit Decision, The Designers Declaration Must Be Submitted In This Regard Scope);2) Performing Authors Supervision During Construction Works Entitled: Reconstruction Of Part Of Wing B Of The Main Hospital Complex In Order To Create A Complex Of Rooms For Outpatient Specialist Care. As Part Of The Authors Supervision, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Cooperate With The Ordering Party Also At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure For The Performance Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Principles Specified In Section V Section 1 Point 1 Opz (Planned Date Of Launching The Procedure For The Execution Of Construction Works - Q2 2026).2.
