The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Internal Rooms Of The Club Café, Consisting In Changing The Arrangement Of The Back Room In The Building Of The Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews, Plot No. 31/3, Precinct 5-01-05 At Ul. Anielewicza 6 In The Downtown District Of St. Warsaw - The Order Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Culinary Studio U Fani With The Creation Of A Toilet For People With Disabilities In The Building Of The Museum Of The History Of Polish Jews, Co-Financed By The European Union From European Funds As Part Of The Project Increasing Access To The Cultural And Educational Offer Of The Polin Museum Thanks To The New Gallery Of The Permanent Exhibition And The Development Of The Existing Infrastructure - Project Number Fenx.07.01-Ip.04-0022/24 Under Measure Fenx.07.01 Infrastructure Of Culture And Cultural Tourism, Priority Fenx.07 Culture Of The European Funds For Infrastructure, Climate, Environment Program 2021-2027. The Order Will Be Implemented On The Basis Of Design And Construction Documentation And Decision No. 223/Srd/Pb/2024 Issued By The Mayor Of The Capital City Of Warsaw On August 2, 2024. Appendix No. 1 To The Swz. It Is Planned To Adapt The Clubs Equipment To The Guidelines In Accordance With The Architectural And Construction Design - This Applies To The Production And Installation Of Furniture, Described In Detail In The Design Documentation. The Ordering Party Will Provide The Contractor With All Household Appliances, And The Contractor Is Obliged To Assemble And Fully Install The Equipment.
