The Quantities Of Meat And Meat Products Indicated In The Swz Are Planned. The Amounts Given May Be Increased Or Decreased. The Actual Volume Of Deliveries Will Be Appropriate To The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party. 1.4. The Ordering Party Reserves That In The Event Of Lower Demand Due To Reasons Beyond Its Control (E.G. Deliveries Of Both Meat And Cold Cuts Will Be Made Twice A Week From 7:00 A.M. To 12:00 P.M., Excluding Public Holidays Meat Products Constituting The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Maintaining The So-Called Refrigerated Condition, Providing A Specialized Means Of Transport Under Penalty Of Non-Acceptance. 1.9. Each Item Should Be Marked With A Label And Contain The Following Data: Name Of The Food, Manufacturers Name, Shelf Life, Net Weight. 1.10 Identification Number, Wz Or Invoice, The Goods Ordered And Delivered To The Ordering Party Must Be Within The Initial Shelf Life. 1.12.
