Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Sanitary Ambulance For The District Hospital In Zakopane

1. The Subject Of The Tender Is The Selection Of The Contractor Who Will Deliver To The Ordering Party The District Hospital. Dr. Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane, A Brand New Ambulance With Additional Equipment According To The List Of Minimum Technical, Quality, Operational And Functional Parameters Specified In Point 5.5 Of The Swz.2. The Ordering Party Informs That The Mass Standard For Medical Equipment Constituting Additional Equipment Of The Type B Ambulance Which Is The Subject Of This Procedure Will Be No More Than 150 Kg. 3. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivered Car Must Be Without A Tachograph And Speed Limiter.4. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Delivered Subject Of The Order Must Have The Required Permits, Certificates, Attestations, Etc. Required By Current Law, Allowing For Medical Use In Poland In Accordance With The Intended Purpose, Including In Particular: 1) Approval Certificate For The Base Car, Manufactured In Accordance With The Exhaust Gas Purity Standard Of At Least Euro 6.2) Complete Approval For The Vehicle Or Approval Certificate - M1 - Special Vehicle - Sanitary Ambulance, 3) The Ambulance Must Meet Provisions Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502),4) Meet The Requirements Of At Least The Pn-En 1789:2021-02 Or Newer Standard For An Ambulance To The Extent Corresponding To The Purpose Of This Vehicle And Pn-En 1865 Within The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order,5) Medical Equipment Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Act Of May 20, 2010 On Medical Devices (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 1565, As Amended) And Other Applicable Legal Provisions In This Regard, And Have Appropriate Certificates.5. Delivery Of A Brand New Ambulance With Additional Equipment For The District Hospital. Dr. Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane At Kamieniec 10, Includes A Vehicle And Equipment With Minimum Technical, Quality, Operational And Functional Parameters Referred To In Point 5.5 Of Swz.6. The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Subject Of This Order Must Be Delivered To The District Hospital. Dr. Tytus Chałubiński In Zakopane, Ul. Kamieniec 10 By The Contractor.7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Purchase Of Used Equipment.8. The Contractor Who Wins This Procedure And Delivers The Ambulance Referred To Above Is Obliged To Conduct Training In Polish For At Least 5 Of The Ordering Partys Employees In The Proper Operation And Operation Of The Delivered Vehicle And Additional Equipment At The Ordering Partys Premises Upon Installation And Commissioning. Moreover, In The Case Of Supplying Equipment Powered By Electricity, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To Conduct Energy Efficiency Optimization Training, Which Includes Elements Related To The Regulation And Tuning Of Equipment Parameters Related To Energy Use (E.G. Standby Mode)
