The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Specialized Care Services For Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders In The Trzemeszno Commune, Pursuant To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Social Policy Of March 2, 2023 On The Types Of Specialized Care Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 816) In The Period From January 1, 2026 To June 30, 2026. The Above Task Includes:1. The Subject Of The Order Are Specialized Care Services For Children And Adolescents Up To 18 Years Of Age With Mental Disorders, Provided To The Charges Of The Social Welfare Center In The Trzemeszno Commune, In The Place Of Residence Or Stay Of These People.2. Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders Are Tailored To The Specific Needs Resulting From The Type Of Illness Or Disability. The Following Types Of Services Have Been Distinguished: 1) Teaching And Developing Skills Necessary For Independent Living, In Particular: A) Shaping The Ability To Meet Basic Life Needs And Social Functioning Skills, Motivating People To Be Active, Undergoing Treatment And Rehabilitation, Conducting Self-Service And Social Skills Training, And Providing Support, Also In The Form Of Assisting In Everyday Life Activities. 2) Psychological, Pedagogical And Educational-Therapeutic Support Aimed At Multilateral Activation Of The Person Using Specialized Services. 3) Providing Children And Adolescents With Mental Disorders Have Access To Rehabilitation, Revalidation And Educational Activities.
