The Contractor Will Deliver Food Products: Eggs, Frozen Fish, Fish Fillets And Other Fish Meat, Vegetables, Silage, Animal Products, Meat And Meat Products, Bread, Fresh Bakery Products, Dairy Products, Various Food Products, First-Class Quality, Fresh, Meeting The Quality Standards Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product That Are In Force In Poland, With Current Expiration Dates. The Packaging Of Food Products Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Marked With A Visible Expiry Date. All Dry Products (Pasta, Groats, Spices) Should Be Packed In Clean Individual Packaging Intended For Contact With Food, Protecting The Contents Against Damage. Groats Should Be Dry, Free From Pests And Damage Caused By Them, And Without Traces Of Mold Or Moisture. Damaged, Broken Products, As Well As Damaged Or Open Packaging Or Hermetically Leaking Packaging Are Not Allowed. Bakery Products Should Be Delivered Dry, Without The Presence Of Pests Or Damage Caused By Them, Without Traces Of Mold Or Moisture, And Without Foreign Odors. Products That Are Mechanically Damaged, Broken, Not Risen, Lumpy Inside Or With Too Dark Skin Color Are Not Allowed. Vegetables And Fruits Should Be: A) Appearance: Healthy (Without Traces Of Rot And Mold), Free From Pests And Damage Caused By Them, Not Withered, Clean, Undamaged; B) Color: Typical Of The Variety; C) Taste And Smell: No Foreign Taste, Aftertaste Or Smell Allowed; D) Uniformity: Uniform In The Packaging In Terms Of Origin, Quality, Size And Possibly The Same, Appropriate Degree Of Maturity And Development; E) Packaging: The Goods Should Be Transported In Packaging Intended For This Purpose, Made Of Materials Intended For Contact With Food, Undamaged, Not Wet And Clean, Without Traces Of Mold And Foreign Odors; Frozen Foods Should Be Packed In Clean Individual Packaging Intended For Contact With Food, Protecting The Contents Against Damage. Frozen Food Should Be Dry, Free From Pests And Damage Caused By Them, And Without Traces Of Mold. Damaged, Broken Products, Damaged Or Open Packaging, Or Hermetically Leaking Products Are Not Allowed. The Products Should Have The Appropriate Consistency, Loosely Arranged, Without Firm/Frozen Parts Indicating Partial Defrosting And Re-Freezing. Meat, Cold Cuts And Poultry Should Be Transported In Packaging Intended For This Purpose, Made Of Materials Intended For Contact With Food, Undamaged, Not Wet And Clean, Without Traces Of Mold And Foreign Odors. Dairy Products Should Have The Appropriate Consistency And A Peculiar Smell. They Should Be Delivered In Clean, Intact Packaging. Class I Eggs With Normal Shape, Undamaged Shell. The Packaging Labeling Should Include Information Such As: Date Of Minimum Durability, Which Should Not Exceed 28 Days, Name, Address And Number Of The Egg Packing Plant, Number Of Eggs, Quality Class, Hen Breeding Method. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Food Products To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Using Its Own Transport At Its Own Cost And Risk, While Main
