1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Brand New Electrical Materials For The Organizational Units Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2. A Detailed Description, Scope And Size Of The Subject Of The Order, As Well As The Range Of Electrical Materials, Are Included In The Material And Price Form Consisting Of Part A And Part B, Constituting Annex No. 4 A And 4 B To The Swz. 3. The Numbers Indicated In The Item And Price Form Are Estimates. The Ordering Party Has The Right Not To Complete The Order In Full, I.E. In The Quantities Specified In The Item And Price Form. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims Against The Ordering Party In This Respect. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor The Provision Of Deliveries Worth Not Less Than 50% Of The Value Of The Concluded Contract. 4. At The Same Time, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase, During The Execution Of The Contract, In Consultation With The Contractor, The Number Of Ordered Electrical Materials In Those Items Of The Item And Price Form For Which The Demand Has Increased In The Ordering Partys Organizational Units, I.E. Purchase, At Prices From The Contractors Offer, A Larger Number Of These Electrical Materials, Provided That In Other Items Of The Item And Price Form The Deliveries Will Not Be Fully Completed And The Changes Made Will Not Result In An Increase In The Value Of The Contract Gross.5. All Electrical Materials, If Required By Applicable Legal Regulations, Will Have Appropriate Approvals, Certificates Regarding Safety And Admission To Commercial Circulation, The Original Of Which The Contractor Must Present At Each Request Of The Ordering Party.6. The Production Date Of The Delivered Electrical Materials, In Particular Batteries, Accumulators And Emergency Luminaires With Batteries, Cannot Be Earlier Than 12 Months From The Date Of Their Production, Counting From The Date Of Their Receipt By The Ordering Party, Without Any Reservations.7. The Delivery Of Electrical Materials To The Ordering Partys Headquarters Will Be In Batches, And The Size Of Each Batch Will Result Solely From The Ordering Partys Unilateral Instructions.8. Employees Responsible For The Implementation Of The Contract In A Given Organizational Unit Place An Order In The Ekwestura (Teta) System. After Approval By The Head Of A Given Unit, The Order Will Be Sent By E-Mail By An Employee Of The Technical Center For Processing To The Contractor.9. The Contractor Carries Out The Delivery After Prior Notification (By Telephone Or E-Mail) To The Ordering Partys Employees - Each Time Specified In The Order Form For The Purchase Of Electrical Materials (Appendix No. 2 To The Contract) - The Date And Time Of Delivery.10. The Ordered Electrical Materials Delivered To The Ordering Party By The Contractor Will Be Collected By The Ordering Partys Employees, Each Time Listed On The Order Form For The Purchase Of Electrical Materials. 11.
