A Detailed List And Description Of Cleaning Products For The Above-Mentioned Units, Which Is The Subject Of The Order, Is Included In Annex No. 2 - As The Assortment And Price Form3. If The Ordering Party Changes Its Needs, It Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party, Indicated In Point 1, To Which The Submitted Offer Relates5. The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered Successively, In Batches, According To The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Will Take Place After The Ordering Party Submits A Request And Will Not Take Longer Than 5 Business Days.7. All Cleaning Products Proposed By The Contractor Must Have Intact Features Of The Original Factory Packaging, Including: Have Protection Measures Used By The Manufacturer. Packaging Must Be Clean, Dry, Without Mechanical Damage, Ensuring Proper Quality And Durability Of The Product. The Subject Of The Order Cannot Be Portioned Or Diluted By The Contractor.8. All Cleaning And Disinfection Products Must Have A Certificate On The Basis Of Which They Can Be Admitted To Trading In The Republic Of Poland. Labels In Polish Are Required On Unit Packages, Containing At Least The Name Of The Manufacturer And The Product, Method Of Use, Intended Use, Information On Hazards, Safety Measures And Storage Methods, And The Minimum Shelf Life On The Day Of Delivery Cannot Be Shorter Than 2/3 Of The Date Specified By The Manufacturer On The Packaging.9. The Ordering Party Requires That All Cleaning Products That Are The Subject Of The Order Require The Use Of Safety Precautions Only In The Form Of Protective Gloves.10. The Ordering Party Informs That The Definition Of The Subject Of The Order Used In The List Of Costs By Indicating Proper Names, Trademarks, Patents, Origin Or Standards Is Intended To Clarify The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Offers Equivalent To Solutions Described By Indicating Proper Names, Trademarks, Standards, Patents Or Origin, Provided That The Proposed Solution Will Have The Same Functional Features As Those Indicated By The Ordering Party In The List Of Costs, The Quality Of Which Cannot Be Worse Than The Quality Specified In The Product Specification.
