The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Surveying Services For The Needs Of The Osielsko Commune In 2026 In The Implementation Of Road Investments (Zrid). The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Preparation And Delivery Of Real Estate Division Designs (Paper And Electronic Versions) For The Planned Zrid Investment (Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment), Including Demarcation, If Required, And Submission Of Photocopies Of The Data Set Verification Protocol And Other Materials Transferred To The State Geodetic And Cartographic (Final) Resource. The Division Design Must Include A Synchronization List In The Event That In The Land And Mortgage Register - Or In The Absence Thereof - In Other Documents Specifying The Status Legal Property Of The Real Estate, The Real Estate Subject To Division Has Different Markings And A Different Area Than In The Real Estate Cadastre. The Contractor Is Obliged To Make Changes To The Real Estate Division Project, Which Concern Changes To The Real Estate Owners Data And The Land And Mortgage Register Number Within 8 Months From The Implementation Of The First Real Estate Division Draft. The Change/Implementation Of A New Division Project Will Take Place Without Additional Fees, Even After The End Of The Contract. 2. Consolidation And Stabilization Of New Border Signs On The Ground Based On The Division Designs Approved By The Zrid Decision (Permit For The Implementation Of A Road Investment) And Providing Photocopies Of The Data Set Verification Protocol And Other Materials Transferred To The State Geodetic And Cartographic (Final) Resource: The Detailed Scope And Conditions Of Providing The Service Are Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.
