5.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of Design Documentation And Construction And Installation Works In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Project Thermal Modernization And Adaptation To The Needs Of People With Disabilities Of The Building Of The Cultural Center In Brzeszcze. 5.2 A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Attached Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz, Energy Audit - Annex No. 11 To Swz And The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To Swz5.3 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 5.3.1 Implementation Based On The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Provided By The Ordering Party And Developed By Pro-Invest Anna Chaberko-Łuczak, 44-105 Gliwice, Ul. Garden, Energy Audit, Architectural And Construction Design Documentation, Land Development Design And Technical Designs Along With Bills Of Quantities, Investor Cost Estimates And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For The Task Thermal Modernization And Adaptation To The Needs Of People With Disabilities Of The Building Of The Cultural Center In Brzeszcze On Plot No. 756/406, As Well As The Transfer Of Copyrights To The Prepared Documentation Design.5.3.1.1 In This Respect, The Ordering Party In Particular Requires: • Preparing A Map For Design Purposes Or Updating The Situational And Elevation Map; • Preparing Or Updating The Necessary Opinions And Expert Opinions; • Obtaining Decisions On Consent To Derogations From Applicable Regulations, If Required; • Making Location Arrangements For The Planned Development Of The Area; • Making Arrangements With External Opinion Units (In Particular Sanepid And Fire Protection) Required By Regulations Necessary In The Process Of Designing And Performing Construction Works;• Obtaining All Necessary Arrangements, Resolutions, Opinions And Administrative Decisions Necessary To Obtain A Final Decision On A Building Permit And Then A Final Decision On An Occupancy Permit;• Preparing An Architectural And Construction Design, A Site Development Design;• Preparing Full-Scope Technical And Executive Designs (I.E.: At Least The Following Industries: Architectural, Construction, Plumbing And Electrical Installations And Telecommunications);• The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With The Final Decision On The Building Permit (Original).5.3.2 Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula Based On Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor.5.3.3 Exercising Authors Supervision Over The Execution Of Construction Works Carried Out On The Basis Of Design Documentation Prepared By The Contractor.5.3.4 Preparation Of Full-Discipline As-Built Documentation.5.3.5 Notifying The Competent Authority About The Completion Of Construction, Obtaining And Delivering To The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Occupancy Permit (If This Decision Is Required) And Other Permits Require
