The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Dairy Products - Butter, Vegetable Margarine, Various Types Of Cheese, As Well As Milk And Milk Products For The Needs Of Feeding People Undergoing Treatment At The 20Th Military Hospital. The Subject Of The Contract Delivered By The Contractor Should Be Properly Marked In Polish, Visible, Legible And With An Expiry Date. The Contractor Is Obliged To Attach A Warehouse Document (Delivery Note Or Wz Document) To Each Delivery, Containing At Least A Specification Of The Products, Their Quantities And Net Unit Prices. The Requirements And Parameters Regarding The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Document Entitled A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting An Annex To The Swz.
