The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Meat And Cold Cuts For The Social Welfare Home In Gołuszyce In The Quantities Specified By The Ordering Party In The Quantity And Value Summary Constituting An Appendix To This Specification. (Appendix 2) The Order Includes Successive Deliveries Of Meat And Cold Cuts According To Orders Placed By The Ordering Party, To The Food Warehouse At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. The Ordered Goods Must Be Delivered And Unloaded By Force And At The Contractors Expense To The Ordering Partys Warehouse. Deliveries Will Take Place Every Day From Monday To Friday Between 7:30 A.M. And 8:30 A.M., Based On Telephone Orders Placed The Previous Day. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Each Minimum Batch Of Goods And No Minimum Quantity Or Value Of A Single Delivery Is Specified. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Individual Assortments With An Accuracy Of 0.1 Kg. The Delivered Meat And Cold Cuts Must Be Fresh, Not Frozen, Free Of Foreign Odors, Damage To Casings Or Packaging, Free Of Blooms, Bruising, Greenness, And No Stickiness. Organoleptically Perfect. Produced And Delivered In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Sanitary Inspectorate And The Haccap System And In Accordance With The Veterinary Regulations Of The Piw. The Subject Of The Order Presented In The Offer Should Be Compliant With Polish Standards. Each Delivered Assortment And Each Delivery Batch Must Be Delivered In Original, Undamaged Packaging Bearing The Expiration Date, Name, Raw Material Composition, Name And Address Of The Manufacturer, In Polish. It Is Not Allowed To Deliver Goods Whose Expiration Date Is Close To The Delivery Date. The Contractor Must Have All Legally Required Veterinary Documents Regarding The Origin And Slaughter Of Animals That Were Used To Prepare The Assortment Of Supplies And Make Them Available At The Request Of The Ordering Party Or Authorized Services. The Meat Range Cannot Be Obtained From Diseased Animals. In Cold Cuts Marked In The Quantitative And Valuable List, The Presence Of Msm - Mechanically Separated Meat - Is Not Allowed.
