Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Aid And Equipment For The World Experience Room And Light Therapy Classes As Part Of The Project Entitled Equal In Education
The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Aid And Equipment For The World Experience Room And Light Therapy Classes.1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Assortment In The Indicated Quantities To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Material And Quantity Statement (Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order) Constituting Annex No. 1 To Swz.2) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Functional, Unused, Not Exhibited At Exhibitions And Fair Events, Undamaged And Unencumbered By The Rights Of Third Parties, Safe, Complete, I.E. With All Accessories Necessary For Their Use. The Offered Equipment Must Be Complete And Ready For Use Without Additional Purchases. 3) The Contractor Will Provide The Equipment With The Required Packaging To Prevent Its Damage Or Deterioration Of Its Quality During Transport To The Place Of Delivery. 4) The Equipment Will Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs. 5) The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party With Instructions For Operating The Equipment Or - If They Are Made Available By The Manufacturer In Electronic Form - Will Provide Web Addresses Where They Can Be Downloaded. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Goods To The Primary School No. 7 In Chełm, Ul. Synów Pułku 15, 22-100 Chełm, At Your Own Expense, Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, Unloading It And Placing It In The Rooms Indicated By The Ordering Party. Delivery Will Take Place On Business Days At Hours Agreed Individually With The Ordering Party. 7) The Contractor Undertakes To Remove, At His Own Expense, Any Damage Caused By The Contractor And Occurring During The Execution Of The Order. 8) The Contractor Is Liable To The Ordering Party For Defects In The Subject Of The Order That Reduce Its Value Or Usefulness, And In The Event Of Losses Resulting From This, The Contractor Undertakes To Cover Them. 9) The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Assemble The Equipment Of The World Experience Hall. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Informs That The Room In Which The Equipment Of The World Experience Hall Will Be Installed Has Dimensions Of 5.7 X 7 M, Height 3.1 M, The Ceiling Is Concrete Without Suspension, And The Walls Are Made Of Hollow Bricks. Additionally, In Annex No. 1A To The Swz, The Ordering Party Included Photos Of The Room Along With The Location Of The Current Electrical Sockets.
