1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Various Food Products. The Deliveries Will Be Made To The Academy Of Justice; Place Of Delivery: Campus Uniform, 62-800 Kalisz, Ul. Wrocławska 193-195. The Contractor Will Deliver A Product Manufactured In Accordance With: 1) The Act Of August 25, 2006 On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act; 2) The Act Of December 21, 2000 On The Commercial Quality Of Agri-Food Products (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1980, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Its Own Transport, At Its Own Expense. The Means Of Transport Must Meet Applicable Sanitary Requirements For The Transport Of Food.
