C) Without Traces Of Use And Cannot Be Subject To The Rights Of Third Parties. The Delivered Item Must Be Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Of Good Quality And Approved For Trading. Moreover, No Element Or Any Of Its Components May Be Reconditioned, Post-Exhibition Or Previously Used By Another Entity. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Used, Refurbished, Damaged, Demonstration Or Exhibition Products: All Products Offered Must: A) Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Law, In Particular In Terms Of Safety And Admission To Trading In The European Union, B) Have Certificates, Attestations Or Declarations Of Conformity Required For A Given Type Of Product (E.G.
