1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Project Management Service Entitled: Berlin-Szczecin-Kołobrzeg Bicycle Route (Section: Kłodzino - Upady).2. The Service Includes: 1) Management And Coordination Of All Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Project; 2) Providing Investor Supervision And Control Over The Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Concluded Construction Works Contract; 3) Activities Aimed At Timely Execution Of Construction Works; 4) Documenting The Progress Of Works; 5) Fulfilling Reporting Obligations Agreed With The Project Manager; 6) Exercising Authors Supervision In Accordance With Art. 20 Section 1 Point 4 Of The Construction Law Of July 7, 1994 In The Form Of Visits To The Work Site, As Well As Work Performed At The Contractors Headquarters. Planned Number Of Supervisions: Authors Supervision Related To The Stay On The Construction Site - 9 Supervisions And 30 Supervisions Performed At The Contractors Headquarters.5. The Construction Works, Which The Contractor Will Supervise, Consist In The Construction Of A Bicycle Road On The Golczewo - Upały Section (Berlin - Szczecin - Kołobrzeg Route), Using The Route Of The Former Narrow-Gauge Railway Line. The Investment Concerns A 5.32 Km Long Road Section, I.E. Four Sections Of A Bicycle Path. The Construction Works Include, Among Others: 1) Cutting Down Trees And Bushes That Interfere With The Investment And Trimming Branches In The Bicycle Gauge; 2) Demolition Of The Existing Road Structure With Aisles. Asphalt Road In The Town Of Golczewo, Ul. Słoneczna;3) Demolition Of The Existing Road Structure With A Cobblestone Surface In The Town Of Upały Together With The Residual Tracks;4) Demolition Of The Remains Of Railway Sleepers;5) Construction Of A Bicycle Path With An Asphalt Surface;6) Construction Of A Roadside With A Dirt Surface;7) Construction Of A Raised Crossing Made Of Concrete Cubes On Ul. Słoneczna;8) Construction Of Green Areas In The Form Of Lawns;9) Construction Of Grass Mounds;10) Renovation Of Culverts;11) Protection Of Cable Networks Of Technical Infrastructure;12) Installation Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings.3. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Chapter C Description Of The Subject Of The Order And § 9 Obligations Of The Contractor Managing The Project Of The Draft Contract.
