The Subject Of This Order Is The Organization And Performance Of Works Related To The Management And Administration Of The Municipal Real Estate Resources Of The City And Commune Of Staszów In Accordance With The Principles Arising From Legal Provisions And Professional Standards And In Accordance With Professional Ethics In Relation To The Following Real Estate Properties: 1) Buildings And Premises 100% Owned By The Commune Of Staszów, Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Draft Contract, 2) Premises In Buildings Owned By The Commune Of Staszów In Housing Communities And Premises In Buildings Co-Owned By The Staszów Commune And Private Persons, Specified In Annex No. 3 To The Draft Agreement, 3) Additional Rooms Such As Cells And Garages That Are Not Rooms Belonging To The Premises, Specified In Annex No. 4 To The Draft Agreement - To The Extent Specified, Among Others, In Annex No. 5 To The Draft Contract. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of Personal Data To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order.
