During The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Will Perform, Among Others, The Following Activities: - Emptying Garbage Containers And Shredder Containers; - Replacing Bags In Garbage Bins And Shredders; - Removing Dust From Furniture, Window Sills, Skirting Boards And Other Surfaces;- Wiping And Polishing All Desks;- Sweeping/Vacuuming Cleaning Of Ceramic Tile/Pvc Floor Surfaces;- Vacuuming Carpeted Surfaces;- Vacuuming Furniture Upholstery;- Comprehensive Cleaning Of Social Rooms;- Vacuuming Walls, Removing Cobwebs From Walls And Ceilings;- Cleaning Ceiling Lamps;- Cleaning Doors;- Washing Windows; - Removing Stains And Dirt From Carpets, Using Agents Suitable For Carpets (Twice A Year: Autumn And Spring); - Defrosting Refrigerators, Washing Microwave Ovens. The Price Of The Service Includes The Costs Of Purchasing Cleaning Products (Does Not Apply To: Liquid Soap, Disinfectants, Paper Towels And Toilet Paper) As Well As Tools And Equipment In The Quantity And Quality Ensuring The Correct And Efficient Implementation Of The Service. A Minimum Amount Of Window Cleaning Is Required In The Ordering Partys Facilities - 4 Times A Year. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
