The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Delivery Of Diesel Oil To The Fuel Tank Located At The Transport Base At Ul. Bazaltowa 1, 59-800 Lubań. Product Cn Code: 27 10 19 43 – Diesel Oil With Biocomponents Content Up To 7% (B7). Diesel Oil Delivered Under This Order Must Meet The Quality Requirements Specified In The Applicable Regulation Of The Minister Of Climate And Environment On Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels And The Pn-En 590 Standard. The Subject Of The Order Includes Successive Deliveries Of Fuel, Carried Out In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party, On Each Order. A Single Delivery Will Include Approximately 3,500 Liters To 5,000 Liters Of Fuel. The Estimated Total Amount Of Fuel To Be Delivered Over The Duration Of The Contract Is Approximately 200,000 Liters. Fuel Deliveries Will Be Made By Road Tanker Equipped With A Verified Measuring System, Compliant With Applicable Metrological Regulations. The Road Tanker Must Be Adapted To Dispense Fuel In A Pump System, Enabling Safe Unloading Of Fuel Into The Above-Ground Fuel Tank Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure That The Delivery Process Takes Place In A Manner Consistent With The Principles Of Safety And Environmental Protection. Each Fuel Delivery Must Be Confirmed With A Release Document (Delivery Report) Containing At Least The Following Information: A) The Amount Of Fuel Delivered At The Actual Temperature, B) The Amount Of Fuel At The Reference Temperature (15°C), C) The Product Temperature During Measurement, D) The Tanker Number And The Number Of The Verified Measurement System, E) Date And Time Of Delivery.
