1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Quartermaster Equipment Resulting From The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program Implemented Under The Subsidy Agreement, In The Range And Quantities Specified In Individual Parts Of The Order And In Annexes 1A÷1C, I.E.: Part I Of The Order - Light Modular Tent With A Pneumatic Frame: Light, Modular Tent With A Pneumatic Frame And A Removable Floor. Made Of Multi-Layer, Flame-Retardant Pvc Fabric With Waterproof, Heat-Insulating And Uv-Resistant Properties. Equipped With Roll-Up Doors, Ventilation Windows, Lighting Strips And The Possibility Of Combining With Other Tents. Suitable For Connecting Ventilation, Heating, Water And Electrical Installations. Equipment: Electric Pump, Pressure Maintenance System, Reducer With Quick Connector, Net For Hanging The Installation (2 Sets), Applies To All Parts Of The Order: A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Price Forms (Appendix 1A÷1C) - Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz Published On The Website Of The Conducted Procedure.1. Requirements For The Execution Of The Order: A) The Subject Of The Order Must Be A Brand New, Unused Product, Free From Defects, Coming From The Manufacturers Official Distribution Channel For The Polish Market And Made Using Safe Technologies And Free From Third Party Rights. B) The Contractor Will Notify The Organizational Unit About The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Order With At Least 2 Days In Advance, However, Contact With The Organizational Unit May Only Take Place From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays From 8:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M.; C) When Handing Over The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide The Organizational Unit With All Necessary Information Regarding The Safe Operation Of The Delivered Subject Of The Order, Including Warranty Documents And Instructions In Polish. D) The Contractor, At The Request Of An Authorized Representative Of The Organizational Unit, Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Products Supplied By Him Meets The Minimum Requirements Of The Organizational Unit Specified In The Pricing Form. If The Objections Are Confirmed, A Protocol Signed By Representatives Of Both Parties Will Be Prepared, Which May Constitute The Basis For A Complaint. E) The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order With His Own Means Of Transport To The Seat Of The Organizational Unit Of The District Office In Kędzierzyn-Koźle, Crisis Management And Health Department, Plac Wolności 13, 47-220 Kędzierzyn-Koźle. F) The Contractor Guarantees That The Implementation Of The Subject Of This Contract Will Take Place At His Own Expense And Risk.
