The Subject Of The Order Is The Production And Subsequent Delivery Of Aluminum And Foiled License Plates As Well As The Free Collection And Deletion Of License Plates Withdrawn From Circulation. The Principles Of Delivery Are Specified In The Contract Template. Estimated Number And Types Of License Plates: • Single-Row And Double-Row Car Plates - 35,000 Pcs. • Motorcycle License Plates - 2,000 Pcs. • Moped License Plates - 500 Pcs. • Single-Row Reduced Car Plates - 250 Pcs. The Ordering Party Requires That The Plates Be Made In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of November 8 2024 On The Registration And Marking Of Vehicles, Requirements For License Plates And Templates Of Other Documents Related To Vehicle Registration (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1709, As Amended) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Transport, Construction And Maritime Economy Of May 2, 2012 On The Conditions Of Production And Method Of Distribution Of License Plates And Legalization Marks (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2022 Item 1885, As Amended) In Accordance With The Polish Standard. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Deliver The Subject Of The Order Within 2 Or 5 Days (This Deadline Is Declared By The Contractor In The Offer Form And Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers). However, In Emergency Situations, Delivery Is Required Within 24 Hours Of Placing The Order. Emergency Delivery Is Not Subject To Scoring As A Criterion For Evaluating Offers.
