Tenders Are Invited For Conducting Group Training For Employees Of The Dzierzgoń Commune And Its Subordinate Units

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Preparation And Conduct Of Group Training For Employees Of The Dzierzgoń Commune And Its Subordinate Units (Including Those Located In The City Of Dzierzgoń: Municipal Office, Municipal Social Welfare Center, Primary School, Tęczowy Przedszkole And Dzierzgoń Cultural Center And Located Outside The City: Primary Schools In Bruk And Bągart). The Training In Question Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project Entitled: Eliminating Health Risk Factors At Work Tailored To The Needs Of The Dzierzgoń Commune, Its Subordinate Units And Their Employees. The Project Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus (Esf+), Priority 5 European Funds For A Socially Strong Pomerania (Esf+), Measure 5.5 Active And Healthy Aging Under The European Funds For Pomerania 2021-2027 Program (Fep 2021-2027). The Aim Of The Project Is To Comprehensively Eliminate Health Risk Factors In The Workplace, Tailored To The Actual Needs Of Employers And Their Employees - In Accordance With The Substantive Scope Of Tasks And Personnel Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Included In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. Due To The Adopted Description Of The Project, Containing An Appropriate Division Of Tasks And Subtasks Described In The Project, In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And In The Specification Of The Terms Of The Order - The Description And Numbering Of Individual Tasks And Subtasks Refers To Numbering Adopted In The Project Application. The Lack Of Continuity In Numbering Is Not A Recording Error, But Is Dictated By The Concern For The Subsequent Fulfillment Of Contractual Conditions In The Scope Of The Project Financing Agreement And The Correctness Of Settlements With The Managing Authority. Note: 1) If, In The Case Of The Parts Of The Order Listed Above, Different Contractors Are Selected For Their Implementation - They Will Be Obliged To Cooperate Closely In Coordinating Their Training Schedules, In A Way That Does Not Cause Mutual Time And Organizational Conflicts And Does Not Conflict With The Current Work Schedule Of The Indicated Units Of The Commune. 2) If Any Doubts Or Ambiguities Arise For The Contractor In Relation To The Above-Mentioned Elements Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Then For The Final Resolution Of The Ordering Partys Requirements In This Matter And The Preparation Of The Offer By The Contractor - Explanations, Clarifications And Additional Information Obtained During The Formal Procedure Of Possible Inquiries To The Swz Will Be Binding.
