1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Software And Training As Part Of The Cybersecure Local Government Project In The Grunwald Commune.2. The Subject Of The Basic Order Is: Iaas, Saas, Paas Cloud Computing Service Regarding Network Security, Implementation Of A Server Cluster, Backup Software (10 Pieces) With Implementation, Implementation Of A Siem Class System, Software To Prevent Data Leakage (45 Pieces) With Implementation And Training, Implementation Of A Domain Controller (Ad), Software For Managing And Updating Operating Systems On Workstations, Servers, Network Devices And Monitoring It Infrastructure (45 Pieces) Along With Implementation And Training, Penetration Tests, Cybersecurity Training And Development And Implementation Of Isms Documentation. The Software Should Meet Specific Functional And Security Requirements, Such As The Ability To Integrate With Existing It Infrastructure And Support For Virtual And Physical Environments. The Software Must Be Supported During The Project Implementation Period, I.E. Until June 30, 2026.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 4 To Swz.4. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Contains Any Trademarks, Patent Or Origin, It Should Be Assumed That The Ordering Party Has Provided A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers With Technical, Operational And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order And Will Be Consistent In Terms Of: 1) Functional Nature (Identity Of Function); 2) Technical Parameters (Strength, Durability, Technical Data, Etc.); 3) Safety Parameters Of Use.5. An Equivalent Solution Must Enable The Achievement Of The Goal Assumed By The Ordering Party Through Performance And Functional Parameters Affecting The Effectiveness Of Operation, Which Are The Same Or Better Than The Minimum Requirements Indicated.6.
