The Subject Of The Order Is The Organization And Provision Of Care Services At The Place Of Residence For Residents Of The Municipality Of Biała Podlaska - Clients Of The Municipal Social Welfare Center Of Biała Podlaska, In Accordance With The Act Of March 12, 2004 On Social Assistance (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 1214, As Amended) And Resolution No. I/4/06 Of The Biała City Council Podlaska Of February 10, 2006 On Detailed Conditions For Granting And Payment For Care Services And Specialized Care Services, Excluding Specialized Care Services For People With Mental Disorders And Detailed Conditions For Partial Or Total Exemption From Fees, As Well As The Procedure For Collecting Them (Official Journal Of The Lublin Voivodeship No. 90, Item 1610 Of May 17, 2006) By Care Services Should Be Understood As Assistance In Meeting Everyday Life Needs, Hygienic Care, Care Recommended By A Doctor And, If Possible, Ensuring Contacts With The Environment.
