This Tender Concerns Technical Consultancy Services And Assistance In Connection With Soil Pollution Investigations According To The Soil Pollution Act In Region Zealand. The Studies Must Be Carried Out As Part Of The Regions Initial Investigation Efforts According To Chapters 2, 3 And 4 Of The Land Pollution Act And Divided Into Two Sub-Agreements, As Region Zealand Assesses That The Requirements For The Technical Advice And Assistance On Studies With Area-Based Approaches (Sub-Agreement B) Differ Significantly Compared To The Other Studies (Sub-Agreement A). Region Zealand Intends To Enter Into 2 Framework Agreements On Technical Advice And Assistance On Initial Studies And Minor Advanced Studies (Sub-Agreement A) And 2 Parallel Framework Agreements On Technical Advice And Assistance On Studies With An Area-Based Approach (Sub-Agreement B). Assignment Of Specific Tasks Is Done By Direct Assignment According To A Cascade Model Without Holding Mini-Tenders, Cf. The Framework Agreement. The Tender Is Thus Divided Into The Following Two Sub-Agreements: Sub-Agreement A: Technical Advice And Assistance For Initial Studies And Minor Advanced Studies, Including Studies Carried Out According To The 1-Year Rule, The Norwegian Value Loss Scheme (Vto), Indoor Air Studies To Clarify Indoor Climate Risk, Initial Gas Studies And Initial Groundwater Studies. Sub-Agreement B: Technical Advice And Assistance For Studies With An Area-Based Approach. The Bidders May Submit Bids For One Or Both Partial Agreements.
