The Province Of North Brabant And The Administrative Region Of Eindhoven Want To Reduce Traffic Jams Around Eindhoven By Transporting More Employees To Their Workplace By Bus. These Buses Mainly Run During Rush Hour. To Prevent These Buses From Getting Into Traffic Jams, The Province And Rijkswaterstaat Want To Offer Buses In Both Directions Between Exit 15 Nistelrode And The Ekkersrijt Junction The Option To Drive On The Emergency Lane Of The A50 In The Event Of Traffic Jams. To Make This Possible, Rijkswaterstaat Must Implement, Among Other Things, Refuge Areas And Bus Crossings In Accordance With Its Own Frameworks. The Refuge Areas Must Be Provided With Lighting.
