As A Result Of The Public Procurement, A Framework Contract Is Concluded With One Bidder For 36 Months In Each Part Of The Public Procurement. Separate Procurement Contracts Are Not Signed On The Basis Of Framework Agreements, But Execution Of The Framework Agreement Takes Place On The Basis Of Orders. The Unit Prices Of The Medicine Presented In The Offer Are Valid For The Entire Period Of Validity Of The Framework Agreement.
