Descriptionthe Contract Includes The Rehabilitation Of Facades And The Replacement Of Windows In Sven Bruns Gate 1, 3 And 7. The Project Is To Be Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract In Accordance With Ns 8407:2011, And Includes Both External Works And A Limited Scope Of Internal Works Related To The Replacement Of Windows. The Rehabilitation Includes, Among Other Things, Plastering And Painting Work, Replacement Of Windows, Removal Of The Spiral Staircase In The Backyard, As Well As Upgrading Of Relevant Technical And Building Components. It Also Includes Options For The Construction Of A Waste Shed In The Backyard And Additional Insulation Of Facades Facing The Backyard.
