The Subject Of The Order Includes The Following Activities: 1. Assessment Of Conformity (Including Assessment Of The Conformity Of The Buildings Investment Projects With The Requirements Of Article 169, Paragraph 1, Item 6 Of The Zut) - As A Complex Report For The Buildings; 2. Exercise Of Construction Supervision: The Contractor Is Responsible For His Activities And Obligations As A Participant In The Investment Process, Regulated In Art. 166 And Art. 168 Of The Zut, As Well As For Those Resulting From Art. 178 Of The Zut. Construction Supervision Is Carried Out Within The Mandatory Scope In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Zut, The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 For Drawing Up Acts And Protocols During Construction, Taking Into Account The Requirements Of The Ordinance On The Essential Requirements For Construction And Assessing The Compliance Of Construction Products And All Legal And By-Laws In The Field Of Construction In Bulgaria.
