The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select An Insurer For Health (Medical) Insurance For The Employees Of Overgas Networks Jsc By Concluding A Contract For Medical (Health) Insurance (Health Insurance) In The Sense Of Art. 427 - 428 Of The Insurance Code (Ic). The Concluded Contract For Medical (Health) Insurance Aims To Ensure Effective Protection Of The Life And Health Of The Employees Of Overgas Networks Ad For A Three-Year Period. The Health (Medical) Insurance Contract Should Ensure The Provision Of Medical And Health Activities And Services And Reimbursement Of The Insured Employees For The Costs Incurred By Them For Medicines, Other Consumables And/Or Medical Devices And/Or Medical Goods. The Appointed Contractor (The Insurance Company) Ensures The Provision Of Health Activities, Services And Goods To The Insured Persons By Contractors Of Medical And Health Services And Activities (Medical Facilities, Medical Laboratories, Pharmacies, Opticians, Etc.). If The Provided Documents Indicate A Value Only In Bgn, Then The Same Should Be Calculated According To The Rate Of 1 Euro = 1.95583 Bgn.
