Engineering - Design, Authors Supervision And Implementation Of Smp For A Site: Construction Of An Extension And Warm Connection To Su Hristo Smirnenski, Obrochishte Village, Balchik Municipality, Dobrich Region. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes The Implementation Of The Following Activities: - Designing - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase; - Carrying Out Construction And Assembly Works For The Realization Of The Construction Of The Site According To The Approved Investment Project; - Exercising Authors Supervision During The Construction Of The Site. The Investment Project Must Be Within The Scope Of Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, And Must Comply With All Other Applicable Regulations. The Implementation Of The Smr Is Carried Out In Accordance With Part Three Construction Of The Zut And Includes The Actual Implementation Of The Planned Smr For The Object, According To The Investment Project Prepared By The Contractor, Agreed And Approved In The Relevant Order, Quantities And Types Of Smr And All Activities Reflected In The Technical Specification, The Proposal For The Execution Of The Order And The Price Proposal. The Contractor Exercises Copyright Supervision During Construction Through The Relevant Designers - Natural Persons Entitled To Carry Out Copyright Supervision On The Relevant Parts Of The Project, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Art. 162 Of The Zut And The Implementation Contract.​​​​​​​
