The Subject Scope Of Awarding In This Public Procurement Includes The Following Activities: Activity 1: Design - Preparation Of An Investment Project In The Technical Design Phase, According To The Technical Specification, Ordinance No. 4 Of 21.05.2001 On The Scope And Content Of Investment Projects, Zut And The By-Laws On Its Application To Construction/Object: Major Repair Of Shipka Street, According To The Cc Of The Village Of Orizari, Municipality Of Rodopi.; Activity 2: Implementation Of Smr - Implementation Of Construction And Assembly Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Technical Specification, The Regulatory Requirements And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Of The Construction/Object: Major Repair Of Shipka St., According To The Cc Of The Village Of Orizari, Municipality Of Rodopi.; Activity 3: Authors Supervision - Exercising Authors Supervision During Construction/Site Implementation: Main Renovation Of Shipka Street, According To The Cc Of The Village Of Orizari, Municipality Of Rodopi According To The Technical Specification And The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority. Information About The Object Of Intervention: Approximate Length Of The Part Of The Street Subject To The Intervention Is 95 M.L. The Investment Project Should Be In Accordance With The Current Regulations And Taking Into Account The Existing Situation Of The Local Infrastructure. Depending On Its Functional Purpose, Shipka Street Falls Into The Secondary Street Network And Is Defined As A Service Street, According To Art. 16, Paragraph 1, Item 1 Of Ordinance No. Rd-02-20-2 Of 20.12.2017 For Planning And Designing The Communication And Transport System Of The Urbanized Territories.
