Tenders are invited for Drill and Construct Two Water Wells in Addis Ababa Bid closing date: Dec 26, 2025 2:30 PM Bid opening date: Dec 26, 2025 3:00 PM Bid document price: 400.00 Birr Bid bond: 350,000.00 Birr Region: Addis Ababa Interested bidders can obtain complete set of bidding documents from EIC head office, Finance Department 1st Floor Room No 105 during working hour starting from publication date of this bid advertisement on a newspaper, up on payment of non- refundable fee of 400 ETB (Four hundred birr only). Bids shall be valid for a period of One Hundred Twenty (120) days after bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security of certified chequè or bank guarantee. The bidder should submit a bid bond (bid security) by Ethiopian Bank for the amount of Ethiopian Birr 350,000.00 (Three Hundred Fifty Thousand & 00/100 Only) in the form of CPO or unconditional bank guarantee to Ethiopian Insurance Corporation. The security shall be valid for twenty eight days (28) beyond the end of the validity period of the bid. Interested bidders will be requested to offer one original and one copy of their technical and financial proposals and CPO, separately sealed in different envelope showing clearly Technical/Financial & Original/Copy and all sealed envelope also sealed in one bigger envelope. The proposal must be delivered to Ethiopian Insurance Corporation, Procurement and Property Management Office 1st floor Room No 108 on or before 2:30 PM (afternoon) of December 26th, 2025. Late bids will be rejected. Technical Bids will be opened on the same day of December 26th, 2025 at 3:00 PM (afternoon) at Ethiopian Insurance Corporation Head Office of first floor room No. 104, in the presence of bidders and/or their legal representatives who wish to attend.
