Bidders shall email the scanned copy of the deposit slip along with their company business name, contact person, phone number, and bid announcement number to the below email address and will get the tender document by return email. Bidders shall furnish a bid security in the form of a CPO or an unconditional and irrevocable bank guarantee with an amount of ETB 500,000.00 (Five Hundred Thousand Birr) in the name of Ethiopian Airlines Group from any recognized local banks. Any Insurance and conditional guarantee shall not be accepted. The bid security shall be valid for a period of 150 Calendar days after tender opening. Ethiopian Airlines Group has the right to request the Bidder to extend the validity period of the proposal for additional days. Bidders must submit their sealed bid document in separate envelopes, i.e., (Technical Proposal (Original and Copy), Financial Offer (Original and Copy), and Bid Security) and one outer envelope duly marking as "ORIGINAL" and "COPY" document delivered to Ethiopian Airlines, Strategic Sourcing Non-Technical Section until January 01, 2026, at 10:30 A.M.
