Quotation are invited for Supply of Hospitality Items Scope of work The selected supplier will be responsible for providing and delivering the requested items at the YWCA of Jerusalem, in accordance with the technical specifications outlined in the attached Price Offer Request Form (Annex 1). The supplier shall ensure the following: All items meet the required quality standards and specifications. Ability to deliver requested items within 24 - 72 hours from each purchase order. Goods will be ordered through multiple purchase orders throughout the contract period; each delivery must be made directly to the YWCA premises without any additional delivery fees. Non-fresh items should have at least a 6-month valid expiry date from the date of purchase. Replacing any expired, defective or incorrect items that dont match our order. Preference will be given to suppliers who can provide all listed items. Suppliers offering locally produced items are highly encouraged to apply. General Requirements: Delivery of all items to the YWCA of Jerusalem premises. Submission of an official invoice and a detailed quotation. Compliance to the agreed delivery timeline. Supplier must be able to access Jerusalem and issue a Jerusalem tax invoice or Maqassa Supplier must demonstrate the ability to provide required items in adequate quantities and on a continuous basis, ensuring availability even for large-scale needs during the contract period.
