Grande Spirit Foundation Is Soliciting Bids From Qualified Mechanical Contractors For The Replacement Of The Boiler And Domestic Hot Water Systems At Heritage Lodge, Located At 10111–96 Street, Grande Prairie, Alberta. The Work Includes All Labour, Materials, Equipment, Permits, And Services Necessary To Complete A Full Mechanical Upgrade As Described In Schedule B – Scope Of Work And The Mechanical Ift Drawings (M1–M4).The Project Includes Removal Of Existing Boilers, Pumps, Venting, And Dhw Tanks; Installation Of New High-Efficiency Firetube Boilers With Category Iv Venting; Replacement Of Domestic Hot Water Tanks (Hwt-1, Hwt-2, Hwt-3); Installation Of New Heating Pumps, Expansion Tanks, Air-Separation Equipment, Dhw Recirculation Components, And Associated Hydronic Piping; Gas Meter And Regulator Upgrades; And Full Controls Integration And Commissioning As Detailed In The Mechanical Specifications (M4).The Work Must Be Staged To Ensure Continuous Heating And Domestic Hot Water Service During Construction. Contractors Are Required To Submit A Detailed Staging Plan Prior To Mobilization (Ref. Schedule B).
