The Locker Systems Must Allow Suppliers To Deliver Goods To The Various Service Points Of The Contracting Authority In A Safe, Controlled And Autonomous Manner, Without The Intervention Of On-Site Staff. This Mainly Concerns Smaller Items That Cannot Be Delivered Via The Distribution Centers. The System Must Have A Central Management Module (Web Or Mobile Application) That Allows The Service Point Employee To Maintain An Overview Of Deliveries At Any Time And Inform The Customers Involved That Their Shipment Is Available. The Lockers Must Also Be Able To Be Used For The Mutual Exchange Of Materials Between Internal Services Of The Contracting Authority. The Solution Must Be Safe, Reliable And User-Friendly, And Allow Deliveries To Take Place 24/7.
